Paid 23 for a car wash (sedan), my expensive self wash ever. Soap brush didnt work & I was not informed about that.

Seems like nice people but on my visit the pressure was low and the soap brushes weren't working. I want told about this until I had sprayed my vehicle down.Went to pay and was charged more than $20 for less than 11 minutes clocked time.This is pretty steep pricing for a facility that isn't working. Especially if you charge your customers while they wait for a piece of equipment to start that isn't even working.....
